Article 4. Distribution. Upon the death of the grantor, the trustee shall distribute the residence at 39 Beacon St, Boston, Massachusetts, to Sarah Park, outright and free of trust.
Any share passing to a beneficiary under the age of majority shall be held in a separate trust for that beneficiary, and the trustee may distribute income and principal for health, education, and support.
